Chair Yoga Flow

Tuesdays 10 – 11 am
Kinetic Studio, Los Angeles, CA

Practice yoga safely while utilizing the chair as a prop for balance and support. Slow movements into classical yoga poses can bring increased strength, improved alignment, and flexibility to the body. Concentration and focus will come with consistent practice. Promote well-being and gratitude with Yoga’s combination of the Breath, Meditation, and Movement.

Slow Flow Yoga

Tuesdays 6 – 7 pm

Total Woman Gym + Spa Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles, CA

Connect with the breath and find balance between the body and mind. Learn the basics of body alignment and gain better strength and flexibility by holding classic yoga postures using blocks and straps. Great way to build balance and focus. Beginners welcome.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Tuesdays 7 – 8 pm

Total Woman Gym + Spa Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles, CA

Challenge the body to flow through yoga sequences including postures that stretch and strengthen the muscles around the spine, the legs, the arms, basically the entire body! Class will move quickly and will lead to a “fun” pose at the end. Intermediate level.
